My sessions include other methods as appropriate, such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, massage and nutrition/lifestyle advice if desired. Together we will explore and address your health history, constitution, patterns of disharmony, causes, and prevention in my healing oasis treatment room in the heart of Rockaway Beach.

About Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a type of body work coming from East Asia a few thousand years ago. It survived for so long because it’s a simple and effective way to move the stuck circulation that keeps you from functioning at your best. In a nutshell, if we create a micro-trauma (so micro that you barely feel it) in the body, we respond by calling up our healing troops, and a whole cascade of beneficial effects follows, leaving us in a state of relaxation and even bliss.

I work with Kamwo Herbal Pharmacy and Crane Herbs for their high quality control and convenient prescribing. I use many western herbal allies as well.
